Form CRS
Customer relationship summary: fees, services, and conflicts in plain language.
What is Form CRS?
Form CRS (Customer/Client Relationship Summary) is a short, plain-English document that helps retail investors understand the nature of their relationship with a broker-dealer or investment adviser. It summarizes services, fees, conflicts of interest, and how to get more information—often in about two to four pages.
When you receive it
Regulation Best Interest and related rules generally require that retail investors receive Form CRS before or at the time of certain recommendations or new accounts, and when material changes occur. The relationship summary is not a complete description; read it together with Form ADV, account agreements, and other disclosures.

Current clients may request the latest Form CRS for Savant Wealth and any dual-hat representative by emailing help@savantwealth.site or by mail through the address on your statement. You can also read background on the SEC at sec.gov.
